How we find the site
- Request
You leave your number, we call back and ask about the city, the district and your budget.
- Calculation
We calculate the income for your site and put together the equipment package. The calculation is free.
- Contract
The contract sets out the coffee machine model, the equipment, the amount and the deadlines. You make the prepayment only after signing.
- First cup
Within 30 days of the prepayment we deliver the coffee shop, install it and put it into operation.

In which cities in Germany does Kavil operate?
We opened our first locations in Germany in 2024, and the whole network has more than 700 locations in 7 countries. The largest cities in Germany have their own pages with a map, listed above. If your city is not on the list, write to us: we will find a site there too.
How much does a self-service coffee shop cost?
A turnkey indoor coffee shop costs from €6 425 incl. VAT. Outdoor coffee shop: from €10 709. Cold-drink: price on request. The final amount depends on the coffee machine model, the options and the installation, and we set it out in the contract before you pay.
How long does the launch take?
Up to 30 days from prepayment to the first cup. In that time we build the coffee shop in our workshop, look for the site, and then deliver and install the coffee shop.
What happens if the location does not work out?
We will buy back the equipment at 60% of its value if you change your mind or the location does not work out. The buyback terms are in the contract, which you receive before you pay.
Do I pay royalties?
No, 0 royalties. You pay no monthly percentage of sales, and the business is yours.
